Breach of any prohibition above may result in immediate termination of your access to the Site and, where warranted, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

The pk64 name, logo and all related marks, product names, trade dress and slogans are trademarks of pk64. You are not permitted to use any pk64 trademark or trade name without prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site — including payment-service names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and league or event names such as PSL, ICC or T20 World Cup — are the property of their respective owners. Their mention on the Site does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement of pk64 or its content.

The Site may reference, describe or discuss Third-Party Operators, including online casinos, sportsbooks, payment processors and other gaming-related services. Such references are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of any third party's services, quality, legality or suitability.

10.1 No Warranty. The Site and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness or non-infringement.

10.2 Accuracy of Content. While pk64 endeavours to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, the online gaming industry changes rapidly. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk64, its directors, employees, partners, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site.
• Losses arising from wagering, gambling or financial decisions influenced by Content on the Site.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill or business opportunities attributable to your use of the Site.
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any Content, regardless of how such errors arose.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data transmitted through the Site.
• Any conduct or content of any third party referenced on or linked from the Site.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought, and even if pk64 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless pk64 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Site in violation of these Terms.
• Your breach of any applicable law or regulation, including any gambling or financial regulation applicable in Pakistan or your jurisdiction.
• Any content you submit, post or transmit through or in connection with the Site.
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
